In-stock products are usually shipped within 1 business day of placing the order.
Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom or made-to-order products are typically dispatched within 7 business days from the order date.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Packaging
All ILNOR products are securely packed using protective materials suitable for furniture and fragile décor items.
Additional protection is provided for glass components and delicate accessories.
Transit Damage
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos of the package and product.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging should be retained
- Item should not show signs of misuse or installation damage
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged during transit.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to product condition and availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned product.
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once production or dispatch has begun, cancellations may not be possible for made-to-order items.
