Standard Warranty
All ILNOR modular shelves and furniture come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- manufacturing defects
- structural issues
- hardware failures under normal residential usage
Extended Warranty
You can extend your warranty by an additional 1 year.
Simply:
- Share a photo or video of your ILNOR setup on social media
- Tag ILNOR in your post or story
Once verified, your product receives:
+1 Year Extended Warranty
for:
- wood structure
- wood finish
This helps us grow through real customer spaces while rewarding you with extended protection.
Protective Finish & Material Care
All ILNOR wooden products are treated with protective finishes designed for everyday living.
The finish helps protect against:
- moisture exposure
- everyday stains
- sunlight exposure
- termites and wood damage under normal usage conditions
However, severe exposure, deep scratches, impact damage, or prolonged harsh outdoor conditions may affect the protective layer over time.
If you notice:
- finish peeling
- deep surface damage
- water seepage
- structural concerns
we recommend reaching out to us early so the issue can be professionally assessed and restored before it worsens.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage
- misuse or improper installation
- severe impact damage
- glass breakage after installation
- excessive water exposure
- damage caused by neglect or harsh environmental conditions
- natural wood grain, texture, or color variations
As wood is a natural material, subtle changes over time are considered part of the product’s character.
Repairs & Restoration
We believe no ILNOR product should end up as waste simply because it has aged with use.
Over time, wooden products may develop:
- small scratches
- minor dents
- surface wear
- finish dullness
Many of these can be restored, refinished, or repaired.
Our repair and restoration support is intended to help extend the life of your product rather than replace it unnecessarily.
Depending on the condition, we may assist with:
- surface refinishing
- buffing and touch-ups
- replacement hardware
- replacement wooden parts
- modular upgrades
- restoration guidance
Repair and restoration services may include additional charges depending on the scope of work.
