- Every ILNOR piece is handcrafted using real wood and natural materials. We intentionally preserve natural wood knots, grains, textures, and minor cracks to maintain the authentic character and timeless beauty of real wood in a world of artificial finishes.
- Slight variations in grain patterns, texture, or finish are a natural part of handcrafted products and make each piece unique while still belonging to the same design family.
- Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier operations.
- Styling accessories shown in product photos may not be included unless specifically mentioned. However, all essential supporting hardware required for installation is included with the product.
- Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours.
- Customised or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
- ILNOR provides post-purchase support including repair assistance, replacement accessories, and maintenance guidance whenever possible.
- Standard warranty is included on the wood finish and craftsmanship. Customers can unlock an additional 1-year extended warranty by tagging @ilnor.store on Instagram after installation.
